eLearning Terms & Conditions

If you continue to use our eLearning service you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our Privacy and Cookies Policy and the Website Terms and Conditions govern Aeropeople Limited’s relationship with you. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our e-learning service.

Training Content

All intellectual property rights including copyright shall be owned by and remain the absolute property of Aeropeople Limited. Aeropeople Limited strictly provides no permission for all or any of its training content to be copied, shared, used, modified or applied in any form for other training, promotional or commercial purposes. Aeropeople Limited attempts to present accurate and reliable information in the training content, and can confirm that all information was correct at the time of issuance.

Purchasing Services

Following receipt by Aeropeople Limited of your order via the website or on the telephone we will contact you confirming receipt of your order. You do not need to have registered for an account with Aeropeople Limited to order online, however you must register for an account with Aeropeople Limited to access your course online.


The fees for the services shall be as set out on the website. Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase the fees are exclusive of VAT or other local taxes, the costs of some course material and any delivery costs payable in respect of the delivery of course material to you.

International Users

This site is controlled by Aeropeople Limited from its offices within the United Kingdom. You may not use the site, or export the materials, in violation of UK export laws and regulations. Aeropeople Limited makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use at locations outside of the United Kingdom. If you access this site from locations outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Aeropeople Limited, its directors, employees or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or other damages that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the training content and/ or materials. Further, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you.


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeropeople Limited, its directors, employees and affiliates from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions.


Where Aeropeople Limited have accepted / confirmed the services being purchased by you then you are permitted within 7 working days to cancel your purchase of the services. If you have purchased and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the course material and/ or started to use that course material then you shall have no right to cancel your order.
